The House at Confluence

Our rates are competitive with a room at a bed and breakfast or a motel room. The difference is that at "The House at Confluence" you have the entire house to yourself. All of our guests have been pleasantly surprised by how nice the house is. Do not be misled by our low rates. You are considering very high quality accommodations.

Sunday night through Thursday night is  $70.+tax/night/2 persons

Friday night and Saturday night is  $100.+tax/night/2 persons

Weekly rate is  $500.+tax/week/2 persons

Additional guests are  $10.+tax/night/per person

We do not charge for children under the age of 5 years old

There is 6% sales tax and 3% room tax

A 50% deposit is required for reservations. This is nonrefundable within 30 days of your stay.

VISA or MasterCard is required for the balance at check out.

Check in time is 3:00 PM, Check out time is 11:00 AM

There is a 2 night minimum stay requirement. We handle 1 night stay requests on an individual basis.
