Private 3 bedroom, 1+1/2 bath, 2 story home. Rental is for the entire house. We are not a bed and breakfast and do not rent rooms. Located right on the Casselman River, on a tree lined street, in a family oriented neighborhood.

All towels, soap and bed linens are provided.

Bedrooms are air-conditioned, ceiling fans in the kitchen and living room.

Oil forced-air furnace.

Off street parking for 3 vehicles.

Level yard with fire pit.

2 double beds, 2 twin beds.

1+1/2 baths, featuring a claw foot tub with shower.

Fully equipped kitchen includes: full size stove and fridge, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and filters, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, dish soap and towels. The kitchen is especially nice, large and bright.

Fully equipped laundry includes: washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry soap is not provided.

Dining room has a large table and 6 chairs, china cupboard and a small buffet.

Living room has a couch, 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, coffee table, 2 end tables with lamps, a 25 inch color TV and VCR, basic cable service.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Daily maid service is not provided. The house will be clean when you arrive, and we clean when you leave.

Phone service is not provided. There is a pay phone located in the town park, a 5 minute walk from the house. Cellular service is spotty due to the mountainous terrain.
